Refund Policy

Due to the nature of marketing services and the immediate commitment of time, team resources, and third-party outreach, all sales are generally final. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. One-Time Services

For individual services such as Spotify Curator Pitching, Instagram Blog Posts, and similar campaign services:

  • No refunds once campaign execution has begun
  • If a service cannot be delivered due to factors on our end, a full refund will be issued
  • Cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase and before work has begun may be eligible for a full refund

2. Spotify Curator Pitching

Curator pitching involves direct outreach to independent playlist curators on your behalf. Because placement is never guaranteed and the outreach process begins immediately upon purchase:

  • No refunds are issued based on placement outcomes
  • Our fee covers the pitching process, not the result
  • If we are unable to submit your pitch due to eligibility issues on our end, a refund will be issued

3. Monthly Retainer Plans

For Gold, Diamond, Platinum, and Full Stack retainer packages:

  • Retainers may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice
  • No refunds for the current billing period once work has commenced
  • Unused portions of a cancelled month are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to terminate retainer agreements with 30 days notice

4. App Subscriptions

For Indie, Pro, and Label app subscription tiers:

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused days in a billing period
  • Free tier has no billing and requires no cancellation

5. Introduction Call

The $500 Introduction Call is refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled call time. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

6. Broker Services

For Licensing Deals, Publishing Deals, and Sync Licensing broker services, our 20% commission is only charged on successfully closed and executed deals. No upfront fees apply and therefore no refund policy applies to broker services.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at billing@artistmrkt.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order details and reason for the request. We review all requests within 5 business days and will respond with a decision.

8. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and directly.
