ARTIST.MRKT provides music marketing services, platform tools, and campaign management for independent artists. Services include but are not limited to:
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase for one-time services. Subscription plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Monthly subscriptions will continue until cancelled and are not prorated for partial months.
For broker and licensing services, our commission fee of 20% applies only to successfully executed deals. No commission is charged on deals that do not close.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on refunds and cancellations. Due to the nature of marketing services and the time and resources committed, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
ARTIST.MRKT pitches your music directly to independent playlist curators on your behalf. We do not guarantee playlist placement. Results vary based on music quality, genre fit, and curator availability. Our service fee covers the outreach and pitching process regardless of placement outcome.
You retain full ownership of your music, brand, and creative assets. By using our services you grant ARTIST.MRKT a limited license to use your materials solely for the purpose of executing your campaigns. We will never sell, license, or transfer your content to third parties without your explicit written consent.
ARTIST.MRKT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days prior to the event.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
